Customized Solution Team Leader

As a team leader you will assist in managing and providing effective guidance to the Customized Solutions team.  The Team Leader will be the contact point for all Research Agents, so your communication skills should be excellent.  You should be able to act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration.  Ultimately, you should lead by setting a good example and engage the team to achieve goals.

 

Essential Functions

• Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture 

• Motivate Research Agents daily

• Monitor all research applications to ensure tickets are being researched in a timely manner

• Supervise the department during the Supervisor’s absences

• Complete monthly reports 

• Assist with the development and training of staff on new programs, procedures and technology

• Provide regular insight to the Customized Solutions Supervisor on the current state of the team and provide recommendations on improvements to the department

• Represent the research analysts and assist in meetings with members or when individuals outside of the company are present.

Required Education and Experience

• 3-5 years of multi-department experience at Texas811

• Proficient knowledge of all Texas811 states and data input systems

• Excellent history of job performance, attendance, and punctuality

• Must present themselves professionally

Customized Solution experience preferred
