Parsons House Cypress is a thriving assisted living community seeking a Full Time “Flex” Caregiver who is able to work a flexible schedule on any shift (guaranteed 38-40 hours per week), across different departments as needed. We are looking for an energetic, dependable person who enjoys helping our residents live in a safe, healthy and happy atmosphere. Your schedule to assist our residents could include caregiving, housekeeping, dining services or activities. Experience working with seniors is REQUIRED. The desired Caregiver will have experience providing seniors with:

• Assisting residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, escorting and incontinence care
• Notifying supervisor with resident's change of condition
• Working as a team

What we require of Caregiver candidates:

• At least 1-2 years experience in a senior living community (assisted living or nursing home)
• Must be able to clear nationwide background check, TB test and drug screening.

Pay Rate for Caregivers: $11/hr
