Home Health Companions, a progressively growing home care company, is seeking a full time Scheduler. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, experience with staff management, and the ability to schedule Direct Support Professionals (Caregivers and CNA's) for our 24/7 services.
The successful candidate will be responsible for quality service delivery to our clients for their home care needs, while effectively supervising, scheduling and directing our staff.
Essential Job Responsibilities
* Coordinate in-home support services between Caregivers and clients served
* Maintain employee and client files in appropriate databases
* On-call responsibility to ensure that all clients are cared for 24/7
* Assign appropriate Caregivers to Clients and maintain schedules
* Ensure home care services are in compliance with company policies, procedures and state licensing laws
* Other duties as assigned
