Welcome to the Talent Selfie® FIT Test provided by iWorkZone.  Pfluger Architects is kicking off this unique assessment tool that goes far beyond typical personality testing.  It looks at that outward behavior of a person, and it also dives deep into what we call work type interest, which is the unique inner wiring of a person. It's literally their Talent D.N.A. The goal as you take it is to just have fun with it, don't linger too long on any question, and go with your initial instincts.  The whole process should take about 15 - 20 minutes to complete.  We will be using these results as part of some fun team building and training with you and your team as we focus on our future and how to continue to improve and grow as a company, and the best way to start learning is experience it yourself!  Thanks for participating!
