Full-time Benefits

Two teams of registered nurses that work to ensure VNA hospice patients have continuous access to care outside routine office hours. Each RN-ESU TEAM consists of 3 Nurses (6 total) alternating 7 days on / 7 day off work schedules. Coverage is supplemented by LVNs and a triage manager on the weekends.

RN-ESU TEAM members to promptly address patient needs, triage calls, make home visits, perform admissions, order supplies, quickly respond to team member and patient inquiries, and make death pronouncements.

 

 

Experience

  • 1 year hospice nursing
  • 1 year home community health care
  • 5 years professional work experience

TEXAS Licensure RN TDL (Drivers)
