Responsibilities include: 

• Managing all aspects of operations including but not limited to all departments, resident and family relationships, team satisfaction, budget/accounting, legal matters, licensure, safety and capital projects
• Achieving census and budget goals
• Leading daily meetings with department heads
• Planning and executing a business plan
• Managing with heart

Requirements:

• At least 5 years experience as an ED or Assisted Living Director in senior living to inlude Independent Living, Assisted Living or Memory Care
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Bachelor's Degree higher or in business, gerontolgy or related field or relevant industry experience
• Must have experience with software incluluding CRM, HRIS, Accounting and Senior Housing/Assisted Living software
• Current RCFE Administrator license
