Primary responsibility is to ensure the flow of hospice and palliative care by ensuring staffing assignments are made in
a timely and efficient manner. This would include home health aides, LVNs and RNs as assigned by the Managing
Director, Hospice. New patient admissions, changes in assignments and additional needed visits will be assigned to
staff according to availability, geographic area and according to other factors. Other duties as assigned.

Assign staff members to patients as needed (upon admission, recertification, assignment changes,
etc)- this may include HHAs, LVNs, RNs. Assignments are made in a timely and efficient manner,
maximizing productivity.
