RN 7 days ON / 7 days OFF; nights and weekends all counties

Full-time Benefits

Two teams of registered nurses that work to ensure VNA hospice patients have continuous access to care outside routine office hours. Each RN-ESU TEAM consists of 3 Nurses (6 total) alternating 7 days on / 7 day off work schedules. Coverage is supplemented by LVNs and a triage manager on the weekends.

RN-Extended Service Unit Team members to promptly address patient needs, triage calls, make home visits, perform admissions, order supplies, quickly respond to team member and patient inquiries, and make death pronouncements.

Experience

  • 1 year hospice nursing
  • 1 year home community health care
  • 5 years professional work experience
