Summary

Provides full PC/LAN/WAN/Cloud support to ensure the integrity, operability, and availability of VNA data, voice and cloud networks to always meet current technology requirements and user needs at all locations

 

Essential Duties

  1. Provide monitoring and maintenance of a Microsoft Windows Server environment and related resources
  2. Check essential server logs for any warnings or errors that may lead to bigger issues
  3.  Keep documentation of systems and processes up to date
  4. Ensure Phone system is configured and operating as intended
  5. Provide monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the Office 365 environment and related services
  6. Provide tier 2 support to the help desk on tickets that come in
  7. Provide monitoring of cloud infrastructure. This includes all resources in Azure
  8. Analyze and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues
  9. Ensure Enterprise Anti-Virus/Malware/Ransomware suite is configured to best practices
  10. Monitor Cloud backup jobs and resolve issues. Additionally restore files from backup as needed
  11. Suggest new processes or technologies that could benefit the organization or department
  12. Serves as a backup to the Manager of Network Operations.
