The Visiting Nurse Association of Texas offers comprehensive benefit plans to eligible employees including medical, dental, vision, and employer paid basic life, short-term, and long-term disability, and much more!
All offers of employment with VNA Texas are conditioned on completing and passing a background and drug screen, participating in other health testing requirements (e.g., COVID-19, TB) and mandatory vaccine programs (e.g., Covid-19).
As part of our commitment to health and safety, we have a mandatory vaccine requirement for current and newly hired employees. As part of our new policy, new hires will need to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 and provide verification of vaccination at least 7 days prior to their start date. Fully vaccinated refers to at least two (2) weeks after the final dose on a two-dose vaccination series (Pfizer or Moderna) or at least two weeks after a single-dose COVID-19 vaccination series (Johnson and Johnson).
